What's happening at Melbourne Sports Tours

2017 Grand Final Week

It's Grand Final week in Melbourne and our sports mad city is electric. This year sees the two longest Grand Final appearance droughts end with Adelaide Crows fighting it out for the 2017 AFL Premiership Cup with Richmond Tigers. We're also celebrating the Melbourne Storm's return to the NRL Grand Final against the North Queensland Cowboys.

The September School Holidays is the perfect time for kids to get out and watch their favourite footy code teams train. Make sure you plan to get to the AFL Footy Festival and Grand Final Parade on Friday September 29th outside the MCG. More info at  AFL LIVE SITE

Adelaide has only played in two AFL Grand Finals, 1997 and 1998 for two wins.

Richmond last played in the decider in 1982 with their last premiership win in 1980. The Tigers have won a total of ten premierships.

Melbourne Sports Tours welcomes AFL supporters to enjoy a behind the scenes tour of our Aussie Rules mad city during Grand Final Week. Explore behind the scenes of sporting Melbourne. Includes Melbourne City Sports Tour, MCG Tour, National Sports Museum and lunch.

Adelaide supporters need not worry that they won't be welcomed into a Tiger loving city. Non-Tiger supporters are barracking for a close and exciting game and welcome South Australians to come to play in Melbourne.
