Melbourne Sports Tours offers sports-focused sightseeing tours of Melbourne and surrounds.  We keep our tours small so that our guests benefit from a more customer-based experience.

Founded in 2004 with the main purpose of introducing visitors to the unique and wonderous sport of Australian Rules Football (aka Aussie Rules / AFL) which is still a favourite experience.  Our product range has evolved to include sightseeing tours of Melbourne's famous sporting precincts and sports-mad culture.  

Our Walking Tour has become the new fan favourite while our bus tours continue to cover those places that are harder to reach and remain an essential option for any sports fan in Melbourne.  

The Horses, Wine & Beer tour is still going strong and has been joined by a half day option for those that really just want to see the horses and enjoy Annie's scones, or are perhaps a little short on time.

In recent years we've been working hard to create new tours themed around the sporting events which keep our city's name in the minds of sports fans.  The History of the Ashes tour takes you back in time to where the great rivalry first began.  Our Hosted Footy experience is so popular that we now also offer a Hosted Cricket experience over the Summer to introduce new fans to Twenty20 Cricket.  

There's also a walking tour focusing more on Aussie Rules, in addition to the guided tour we'll stop and show you the skills and let you try this magnificent sport for yourself.  

For horse racing fans in town for the Melbourne Cup, we take groups to the annual Breakfast with the International Champions.  Held at the International Horse Quarantine Centre in Werribee this trip can be extended to include the Open Range Zoo and/or Werribee Mansion and State Rose Garden.

All our tours start AND finish at central meeting points or CBD hotels.  From one guest to many, our experience and our fleet can handle it all.  And we love to help create bespoke experiences for all kinds of groups - be they corporate, family or school groups!
